Ceremonial Axe Head #3 “The Satyrs”

The face of a Neolithic Satyrs looks out as its horns rise up and interlock with one becoming a beast with an open mouth. Within the mouth is the blade of the axe head ready to perform a ritual ceremony.

The ear of the Satyrs on one side becomes two holes on the other side. The raging heat of the sun is represented in rough, partially worked stone.
